The position As Project Chemist in the department Isolator Filling, you will be a part of Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) aseptic production. The department is responsible for aseptic filling of Biopharmaceutical medical products within the rare blood disorders and diabetes area using isolator technology. As Project Chemist for the new Isolator filling line, you will be a part of the project HAC Future Fill responsible for implementing one of the two new Isolator filling lines in Gentofte. The job will focus on different tasks and assignment as describing which could be: Rationales and Risk assessment (Polymers and SUS) Participate in qualification activities FAT, IV, OV and Pre-PQ Prepare and execute cycle development, smoke studies, PQ, APS ect. Participate in executing PC and PV Defining and describing process flows. As the many tasks are new, the designing and describing of the processes will all be executed in close collaboration with the other project members, specialist, pharma consultants and our vendor of the isolator filling line, but it will be expected that you will take the lead of your own area of responsibility. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: A Master’s degree within natural science, which could be M.Sc. Pharm, M.Sc. in Microbiology or other relevant areas. A quality mindset. Experience in working in a highly regulated environment according to cGMP (good manufacturing practice). Preferably experience in working with qualification activities in a production facility and experience from aseptic isolator filling. Full professional proficiency in English. As a person, you are proactive and have a strong quality mindset whilst keeping a structured, systematic and positive approach to problem solving when it comes to managing your tasks. Furthermore, you are a team player and are curious to understand and interact with your colleagues. About the department
Our team is part of the BRD Finished Products Gentofte and Vaarloese area that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 620 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes, but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.
