We are looking for a highly motivated People Technology Specialist to join our People Technology team at Scandinavian Tobacco Group. In this role, you will play a crucial role in transforming HR processes through technology, focusing on our employee master data repository and performance management annual processes.

As a People Technology Specialist, you will work closely with HR colleagues globally and business stakeholders to maintain and improve our current digital solutions and platforms to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency in the way we work in order to create a great digital employee experience.

What you can expect in, as our People Technology Specialist:

  • Maintain and continuously improve talent and performance management functionality in SuccessFactors, including succession, goal setting, appraisals, compensation, and variable pay.
  • Manage and continuously improve employee central to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to implement new functionality or changes in SAP SuccessFactors and other digital platforms in HR
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors and provide guidance and support to HR teams and business stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and analyze HR technology trends to stay ahead of the curve

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role): 

  • Master’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in HR technology or related field, preferably with experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Employee- and process-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Curious and has a learning mindset
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
