Are you passionate about working with production, processes and systematic problem solving? Can you reprioritize and handle changes, both in a department under construction and when the planned day does not go according to plan? Then you might be the new dedicated process supporter in Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Finish Product in Gentofte! The Position As process supporter you will be daily supporting the filling process and operators at the production. You will investigate incidents and ensure a stable flow. The main tasks will be:
  • Continuous optimization of workflows and processes, including updating of procedure and work instructions.

  • Trend reports on performance and compliance.

  • Training of employees related to existing procedures or new ones.

  • Participate in project groups for smaller projects.

  • Preparation and presentation for audits and inspections including subsequent follow-up activities.

    • The work takes place in close collaboration with the rest of the team, where the working environment is dynamic, social and informal, and emphasis is placed on humour, commitment and unity in a busy everyday life. Cooperation will therefore be paramount, and we need someone who is motivated by being a team player. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A bachelor or master’s degree in sciences such as pharmacy, biochemistry or chemistry.

  • Experience from a GMP regulated work field.

  • A strong quality and compliance mindset.

  • Thrive on working with processes, deviations, problem solving and the occasional validations.

  • Good communications skills both in English and Danish.

    • You both enjoy working independently as well as actively participate in an interdisciplinary team. The dynamic environment makes you feel comfortable with the different tasks, prioritizing on the most important ones. In a personal way you are proactive and have a positive approach to work and its tasks, taking the initiative and being responsible for them. About the Department The Aseptic Filling department is located in Hagedornsvej building C, and it’s responsible for filling several of BRD's products on two completely modern filling lines. Both lines are isolator lines, located at class C. The production lines are not yet operational, with all teams working towards the commissioning and operation of the equipment, as well as other daily tasks. The department is being built up to operate the two new lines and in this vacancy notice process supporters are being recruited to support both lines. Working at Novo Nordisk BRD Finished Products Gentofte and Vaarloese is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 620 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
