Then you may be our new Associate Manager for our New Production Lines & New Product Entry located in the Biotech & Rare Diseases Aseptic Production in Gentofte. The Position As Associate Manager for our support/project organisation you will be heading up 1 of the 2 teams that support the implementation of our two new isolator filling lines. Together with your team, and in close collaboration with the project management, you will be responsible for processes going across the two lines. This includes mainly wash & sterilization, formulation, GMP and facility flow as well as our New Product Entry team who is responsible for product transfer and validation. The team you will be heading up will be approx. 15-20 experienced professionals, technicians and specialists with strong backgrounds within their individual fields. The main tasks will be to:
  • Ensure the planning, collaboration and communication between different stakeholders.

  • Prioritize the tasks according to the daily job.

  • Assume responsibility for areas across the department such as planning, strategy, HR etc. together with the management group.

  • Be an engaged leader focusing on the short-term development of your team as well as on the long term.

    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree within pharmacy, chemical/mechanical engineering, chemistry/biology or similar.

  • Experience from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or similar related areas will be a plus.

  • Experience in production environment.

  • Solid experience leading highly qualified professionals.

  • Fluency in English is a requirement and proficiency in Danish will be a plus.

You are robust and capable of handling a - from time to time - high and complex work-pace without losing oversight and motivation. About the Department Biotech & Rare Diseases Aseptic Production Gentofte, Isolator Filing is responsible for aseptic filling & freeze drying of biopharmaceutical medical products within rare blood disorders, diabetes and obesity areas using isolator technology. In addition to production for the market, we also qualify and produces Novo Nordisk’s new protein based rare disease medicines for clinical trials. The department, which employs approx. 140 colleagues, currently operates 1 isolator line producing freeze dried products for the market and is responsible for 2 projects installing additional isolator filling lines, and is characterized by highly engaged, professional colleagues and an open, respectful and involving atmosphere.
