If yes, then you may be our new Associate Manager for our Formulation Team in Biotech and Rare Disease, site Gentofte.
The Position
As Associate Manager you will be responsible to ensure the employee's well-being, motivation, and commitment. The team you will lead is a team of operators working day shifts. The team is skilled and independent and a focus on trust and stability is essential. Your main tasks will be to: Ensuring the correct capacity for future needs based on our forecasts. Bring innovation and good solutions to improve flow and efficiency. Guide and assist the team through shopfloor presence. Bring innovation and good solutions to improve flow and efficiency. An active member of our department leadership team. Ensure that ongoing training and education of operators are up to date. To succeed, you focus on creating a work environment that fosters trust, and job enthusiasm, and you match the requests and capabilities of your team. Finally, you seek to establish good collaboration with your stakeholders. You will join the management team of HAC AP support.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
· Passion for leadership and min. 3 years of leadership experience.
· Experience in formulation, Aseptic Production, or other production environment
· A LEAN mindset and familiarity with GMP
· Good communication skills in Danish.
You exhibit leadership in communications and acts are responsible and committed opposite employees and stakeholders. You can coordinate tasks in a large team and takes the lead in systematic problem solving and process additional confirmatory.

About the Department
As a part of BRD AP GEVA, HAC AP Support currently consist of appr. 150 dedicated colleagues and are growing to meet future demands. We are responsible for Formulation, Wash & Sterilization, Cleaning and Environmental Monitoring in the Aseptic Filling of Hemophilia and Growth Hormone products. As a department we are ambitious, honest and are located in Gentofte.
