We are looking for an Associate Manager for our Process Support and Release Team on BRD AP Filling Line 1. Would you like to support the continued delivery and increase the volume output and be part of creating a higher focus on people development? The position As Associate Manager for the team, you will have the responsibility to ensure that the production processes are supported and performing as expected. Also you have the responsibility to ensure that our setup for batch review and release is running smoothly. Your direct reports will be technicians and academics. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and optimizing the organization and employees in the team

  • Ensure effective daily production support for the filling line

  • Fostering implementation of continues improvements

  • Ensuring licence to operate and that the production complies with GMP

  • Interacting with key stakeholders within the facility, QA, business support and logistics.

    • The area is on an exciting growth journey and in the position, you will report to the Director in the department and collaborate closely with your management colleagues, on day-to-day operations, securing strong collaboration in and outside the organization. Qualifications You will be a great asset to our management team because you:
  • Drive change while developing, engaging, and creating followship within your organisation

  • Have experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing and cGMP

  • A holistic approach on solving challenges and great collaboration skills

  • A relevant academic degree and full professional proficiency in Danish and English.

    • You understand complex issues, and you are able to translate this into operational actions. You have an excellent quality mindset and business understanding. With a professional approach you interact with stakeholders building good relations. About the department The team is an integral part of the organization supporting the aseptic production on BRD filling line 1 in Gentofte. The aseptic production area is is part of the BRD Finished Products Gentofte and Vaarloese area that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 620 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly and pack. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
