The Position As Packaging Specialist, you will be involved and set the direction for device assembly, secondary packaging and serialisation in PS Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). You will be a role model throughout the organisation and recognized as an expert within field of expertise. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in the process group in accordance with the mandate

  • Provide guidance and direction to support functions in our Finished Products production units across PS BRD (Gentofte, Kalundborg and Kirke Værløse)

  • Preparing standards and strategies for existing and future packaging/assembly equipment together with pears across Product Supply

  • Developing new technologies and mechanical solutions within identified and defined needs

  • Ensure the updates on cGMP requirements and help production implement.

    • The usual workplace is Gentofte; however, you will be required to be physically present at different worksites in Denmark throughout the month. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A Master’s, Bachelor’s degree, or PhD in engineering, pharmaceutical, natural sciences or similar

  • +8 years of experience in assembly/packaging production/QA.

  • Knowledge across the whole process of manufacturing biopharmaceutical products

  • Curiosity and are continuously acquiring competences within new processes, new technology and IT systems

  • Good communications skills in English.

About the Department Our team is a part of BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control and has its base in Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT) we call Manufacturing Development.
