The position As an Associate Manager, tour main task will be to build, train, and head up the Technical Project Support team and to be responsible for providing critical support to our project managers. The team is Handling all work and tasks closely with the five other teams in department 025 and with a high cGMP level. Your primary responsibilities will include: · Guide the team to deliver high-quality support to our Project Managers (PM) across the project program within the following technical areas (HVAC, Black utility, power supply and electrical disciplines, Building utility, Clean utility) · Serve as a point of contact between the project organization and LoB to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. · Overseeing internal and external project services and management. · Driving stakeholder management and communication to facilitate decision-making and resolution. · Direct support to the Program Manager within all areas of project support. · Supporting program governance and establishing transparency and alignment regarding project execution. In this position, you'll be making risk-informed decisions to optimize scope, schedule, and cost alignment with business needs. Leading a team culture emphasizing growth and collaboration, you'll work closely with other managers to rejuvenate the Gentofte site into a modern and innovative site for medicinal production. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: • Probably have a technical Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s within a Technical area, Marine Engineering or project management. • Have 2+ years of people management experience. • Have experience with project management. • You are fluent in both English and Danish. Moreover, your educational and professional background enables you to guide your employees in technical and science-driven questions and set the right quality level for the team. You should possess strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure. Your excellent stakeholder engagement skills will be crucial in building trusting relationships at all levels while driving agendas independently. The department/area BRD FP GEVA Technical Service, located in Gentofte, is the production facility where we produce and distribute all the utilities needed at site Gentofte. Soon, we are introducing several new filling lines at the site, which means we need to implement new equipment and rebuild old equipment to maintain our ambition to be world-class supplier of utilities. There are around 70 people in our department, organised into 6 teams working with ventilation and cooling, project support, GMP support and utility production. The technical project support team will be a new team in the department, with the essential task of bridging the project program and the rest of the technical service department. The size of the team will comprise 10-12 skilled and engaged people. Continuous improvement of our operations and productivity, building on a solid LEAN culture, is very importance to us. We need to strengthen our processes even further to optimize our productivity and success to perform our task right the first time, and several projects are in scope to support this journey.
