The position As the Associate Manager of our newly established Training Support team, you will lead 12 highly skilled Training Supporters and Job Function Coordinators who deliver high-quality training support to our production units in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse. The team has two has to key responsibilities: · developing standardized training and ensuring that training initiatives have a strategic approach that creates business impact · ensuring a world-class training administration as well as a high level of compliance and inspection readiness in our training systems. The Training Supporters and Job Function Coordinators are primarily situated locally at our production sites and to understand what adds value and makes a difference for your stakeholders, you will spend most of your time on the shop floor, leading and coaching your team. Your key responsibilities will include: · Developing and executing a standardized strategy for continuously improving the quality of training at the production sites together with the Senior Manager · Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships in departments and ensuring that they experience a high level of support. · Coaching your team to and developing new solutions to enhance performance. · Support the site’s efforts to improve multiple training-related KPIs, including time-to-skill, reduce deviations relation to inadequate training material and past-due training. · Create systems and structures together with your team to ensure a high level of compliance within our training systems. Qualifications The most important qualification is your passion and drive to develop a great team with high engagement and performance. To succeed in this position, you: · Have 2-3 years of a leadership experience preferably within training, production or HR. · OR hold a relevant master’s degree in adult learning, organizational development, psychology or similar · Solid experience in change management, as well as excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills · Experience with developing training, competence development and driving projects in a large organization. · Fluency in both written and spoken Danish and English is a prerequisite. The department The team is a part of a small department of 20 employees responsible for all training and onboarding relative activities from designing and implementing new training standards to securing continues improvement and high-level daily support to all our Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) production units in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse. The department is a part of our local production site business support function. The co-teams in the department are responsible for investment projects and -validation, project portfolio management, LEAN, Business Intelligence and Warehouse Operations.
