Do you want to play a key role in introducing new production equipment enabling Novo Nordisk to deliver medical pen systems to our patients around the world? If yes, then you may be our new Project Manager to join our department on an exciting journey where we support Novo Nordisk’s ability to deliver fantastic medical pen systems to our patients. Novo Nordisk is today helping 40 million patients with our life changing products helping them live happier, healthier lives. We need a talented Project Manager to ensure that new moulds and production equipment are brought diligently into our production. The Position Together with other skilled Project Managers in the team, you will be responsible for driving the process of ordering the moulding tools and production equipment based on input from Supply Chain. Together with equipment owners and engineers you will make sure that the equipment is manufactured timely at our tool and equipment vendors placed around the world without compromising on quality, time and cost. Finally, you will plan the validation at either our local site Hillerød or at one of our supplier sites around the world e.g. China, USA, Brazil, or Europe. To succeed in this role, stakeholder management is key as you will interact with many internal and external stakeholders ensuring that expectations to quality, timely delivery and budget are met. Furthermore:
  • You must be good at planning and coordinating project activities and able to focus on the details of a single project and simultaneously keep the overview of a portfolio of projects-
  • You must be able to inspire and motivate the project team to deliver excellent results.
  • Another key aspect is that you together with your project manager colleagues share best practice and together improve our standards of working i.e. working in a LEAN way.
    • Qualifications
  • You hold a technical or scientific academic degree from a relevant field.
  • 1-5 years of experience from a similar position where you have been working as a Project manager, Project coordinator or similar within production and/or pharma area.
  • Knowledge about qualification/validation of medical devices will also be an advantage.
  • Knowledge about devices and Good Engineering Practice (GEP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) will also be an advantage.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills when it comes to creating and facilitating workshop as well as keeping your stakeholders motivated, engaged, and informed
  • Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing.
    • As a person, you are self-driven, proactive with a high degree of responsibility. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can manage several projects simultaneously. You have a strong drive and the ability to set direction and engage your project team. Lastly, you are result-oriented, curious by nature and dare to challenge status quo. About the department. Device Manufacturing & Sourcing is located in new buildings in beautiful surroundings in Hillerød. The department Moulding & Quality Support consists of 75 dedicated engineers and professionals. The department is responsible for maintaining our fleet of moulding-, decoration- and robot equipment, and installing new capacity supporting Novo Nordisk’s global production of prefilled and durable medical pen systems.
