The project you will be working on is of high strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and will have significant visibility and support from Senior Management. The job requires strong stakeholder management at all organisational levels in the company. Together with internal product delivery teams, as well as external engineering partners and suppliers, you will implement IT and OT solutions for a range of purposes from ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems and Facility systems to IT infrastructure. Other responsibilities include: Supervising construction and commissioning of Infrastructure, IT and OT systems Managing scope, plan, costs and project risks, secure an excellent end user experience, and facilitate a smooth handover to an operations team Providing leadership, guidance, coaching to the broader project team and manoeuvre between traditional waterfall project methods and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Working closely together with the different agile delivery teams across the organisation and our external partners The skills we hope to see
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills & experiences: You have minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Scrum Master or Product Owner You hold a MSC or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration) You are experienced in IT and automation implementations and IT infrastructure preferred in production areas You have worked with IT projects within the pharma industry or other regulated industries You are familiar with multicultural environment and you know how to manage a complex vendor setup within a large global company On a personal level you have strong project and people management skills and have a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You can handle several tasks at the same time while keeping an ongoing focus on learning and delivering strong results. You are structured and ambitious about your projects and are interested in growing your skills as well as expertise to lead the way. You can ride a storm off and be a strong motivator of others. You thrive in a multicultural environment and have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. The team
