The position
As Project Manager in Oral Finished Products (OFP) Quality Control (QC) – Team Innovation, you will be the one driving projects from early project initiation to launch- as well as ensuring execution and deliverables according to schedule and budget. Our project portfolio is often across departments and areas, which makes the stakeholder management part interesting and bringing the day-to-day contact really important.
Your main task will be to ensure successful development, prioritisation and execution of projects within innovation. It is expected that you, together with your colleagues, will drive and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that eliminate identified business challenges.
Some of your key responsibilities include: Coordination of project activities with the large range of stakeholders across the organisation Identifying and planning the various project activities from our customers Discover innovation solutions in collaboration with your project team and stakeholders Planning and driving performance by monitoring progress, aligning priorities, removing roadblocks, and escalating Improving the way projects are executed by challenging the status quo, identifying process gaps, and ensuring solutions are pursued Our area is expanding rapidly which requires finding solutions (many automated) to meet the increased capacity demand. New laboratories are also being established to alleviate the current capacity constraints. Ultimately, the project portfolio includes implementing solutions that allow processes to be performed smarter, more efficient, and precise to support the rapid growth in OFP.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone that has Project Management experience within projects in regulated environments (GMP regulated), preferable with investments that allows you to manage and drive several projects at the same time and focus on the strategic outlook for them.
In order to succeed in this role, you:Hold a diploma or master´s degree in relevant field (chemistry, engineering, etc) Preferably have experience from a GMP regulated environment (pharmaceutical industry, food, aviation…) Have great communication skills on all organisational levels Are fully proficient in professional English As a person, you are open-minded and eager to discover new possibilities within our area and able to speak your mind with ease. Managing a large network of people is something that drives you. You are calm, innovative, and goal-oriented all of which will support your success in this role.

OFP is organizationally within an area known as Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14.000 of the more than 43.000 total employees within Novo Nordisk. OFP is located in Måløv consist of approx. 1100 colleagues and is growing steadily. We have great ambitions for the future and are working hard to ensure our new product successfully distributed to the market.
Team Innovation part of OFP QC, is a newly established team. This provides you with the opportunity to help establish the best possible setup of our framework, methods, and day-to-day operations. The team currently consists of 9 dedicated colleagues and is expected to increase to 14 in 2023. Working at Novo Nordisk
