In this role, you'll be an integral part of our dedicated Ramp-Up Execution team, working together to ensure a smooth and successful ramp-up of our future packaging lines. Your main focus will be supporting and actively participating in the ramp-up process for new packaging lines, from installation to the end of Ramp-up. You'll be involved in various hands-on activities, improvement projects, SPS implementation, and the development of training materials and MWD’s to contribute to a stable and efficient Ramp-Up process. Your primary tasks will include:
  • Installation of new production lines
  • Identification of OEE improvement opportunities
  • Driving continuous improvements with SPS methodologies
  • Conducting training activities and testing
  • Writing and adjusting procedures for enhanced efficiency
  • Your workday will be diverse, with a mix of tasks and deadlines, both short-term and long-term. Effective collaboration skills and a can-do attitude will be crucial as you'll be working with a wide range of stakeholders. Occasional travel is to be expected, for example when visiting suppliers.

    Qualifications
    To be considered for this position we imagine that you have:
  • Relevant technical education
  • Experience in GMP-regulated production (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Danish and English
  • Flair for troubleshooting mechanical and/or automated machinery
  • Experience with SPS and IT systems

  • Have a structured approach to your tasks, you maintain an overview – and you adapt well to changes
  • Are proactive and engaged with a positive attitude to new ideas and people
  • Possess good communication skills and enjoy working in teams to share knowledge and are willing to offer support and seek out help
  • Have good analytical skills
  • About the department The Pack 1,5 ml. department consists of around 130 dedicated and skilled colleagues, divided into 6 teams and centered around two existing packaging lines L49 & L50. The department is currently expanding, and we are preparing for two brand new incoming packaging lines, L51 & L52. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a team of talented colleagues, all dedicated to achieving a world-class Ramp-Up for our incoming lines. Working alongside 9 highly skilled individuals, including process supporters, skilled workers, and operators, you will be part of a close and passionate group. This newly established team provides a truly unique chance for you to make a significant impact, not only contributing your expertise but also influencing and shaping the team's development.
