Project Manager - new technology and robotics Do you want to be part of the technology journey in PS API Kalundborg? Then you are the new Project Manager we are looking for in API Technical Production Support! The position As Project Manager you will play key role in starting up and driving projects directly supporting our Strategic Aspiration across PS API. You will lead a variety of exciting projects within digitalisation, connectivity, robotics, and other technologies of the future either within specific departments or across the whole API production area in Denmark and US. Your main tasks will be to lead the projects, ensure successful execution and benefit realisation together with engaged and skilled projects participants as well as relevant stakeholders. You will work closely together with the management group defining and deploying our strategy, making it a reality through our projects. You will be a part of Technical Production Support in API Business Support. Overall, you will have more than 150 colleagues in API Business Support. Qualifications We welcome a candidate with experience and knowledge within technical or IT Project Management in a production context with high level of automation. To succeed in this role, we expect you to also have: A background in engineering, automation, business administration or other relevant fields for this position, preferably an academical background, however we value experience most. Excellent people skills and a proven record of collaborating with stakeholders on all levels. High level of business understanding. Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Experience in using agile project tools is an advantage. Experience in a regulated and automated production environment and experience with one or preferably more of the following: Robotics, Automation, Digitalisation, and advanced data modelling will also be advantageous. On a personal level you have an innovative mindset, a personal drive and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where teamwork is on top of the agenda. We expect you to work independently and with self-confidence. You are good at planning and coordinating project activities and confident in a workshop facilitator role. About the department You will join API Business Support in Kalundborg, Denmark where we are approximately 150 colleagues, working in 5 VP areas and departments. We support PS API within infrastructure at site Kalundborg, IT security, drive new technology activities, and program management related to major facility expansion projects. API Business Support has well the overall responsibility of financial, environmental, health, and safety processes across PS API. Furthermore, we educate all API calibration technicians, conduct calibration of API measuring equipment, and deliver quality-controlled spare parts to all API production facilities to ensure compliance and high product quality. We play a significant role in Novo Nordisk’s social responsibility and environmental strategy.
