Insulin production at Novo Nordisk in Hillerød is developing rapidly - new production lines and products are coming to the factory. This means that we will have more people in both production and QA. That is why we are looking for a new employee with experience and quality-conscious employees who, among other things, will help ensure the release of our current and new products. We are looking for a new Quality Professional to join our Quality department located in Hillerød. The position is very versatile, and you get the opportunity to work with different stakeholders at the site. Our purpose is to ensure the highest quality products to our patients.

The job
Our team handles everything from review and release to e.g. SOP updates, customer complaints, trend reports, deviations and larger and smaller projects. We also act as partners for production and our support units when there are questions about quality or compliance. Our primary task in the team is to ensure the timely release of the approx. 20-25 batches which are produced every day. This means that approx. 1/3 of the team's total time is used for review and release activities. There is a high level of quality and compliance in the building, which means that meetings and discussions with production are always at a high professional level. Qualifications
At a minimum, your education must support the Danish Medicines Agency's requirements and expectations for a qualified person (Qualified Person, QP) in a pharmaceutical company, e.g. pharmacist, veterinarian, chemist, biologist or equivalent. This is an essential requirement, as you must be able to release our products in the long term. It’s important that you are fluent in written and spoken Danish. You must have at least +2 year of experience, preferably from the Pharma industry and it is an advantage if you have dealt with QA related tasks and have experience with assembly or packaging of medical products. Do you have some years of relevant work experience or are you a newly graduate who are ready for a steep learning curve – then we would also like to hear from you! As a person you are:
• Detail-oriented and thorough, curious by nature
• Have strong communication skills
