The Position
As a Solution Architect, you will be paired up with different Architects from DD&IT covering Novo Nordisk’s core Product Supply processes in the expansion program.
You will get the opportunity to: Take the technical leadership and put your mark on the technical ambitions encapsulated in our Architecture. You will define, drive, and maintain the architecture, and ensure a harmonised and standardised system landscape, together with project team Lead and drive talks on the future of product operations in Novo Nordisk IT/OT landscape within Novo Nordisk and vendors Collaborate with and guide colleagues across multiple IT and LoB organisation areas, e.g., project and maintenance teams, system teams, Product Management and IT architects from other areas and sites on our Target Architecture and Architectural Principles
The current Data landscape around these opportunities is diverse, with PAS-X, various L2/L1 systems (SCADA, Historian, stand-alone equipment etc.) as the primary global platforms and source systems.
What are we looking for? Your key trades include, but are not limited to the following experiences: You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar in experience Strong IT/OT functional background (e.g., MES, WMS, SCADA, PLC, SQL) Experience with agile ways of working and supporting tools Experience as an IT architect or aspiring to take that role working with integration platforms and methods towards both on-premises and cloud Experience with data harmonisation, publishing complex data to data lakes and data architecture
As a person, you are energised by taking responsibility, not only for the System Architecture but also for ensuring cross organisational alignment and communication on different levels. You are proactive and curious, visionary and want to take the lead in ensuring we deliver a future proof and solid IT architecture to our stakeholders.
We also expect you speak fluent Danish.

The department provides IT & Automation support for our Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) sites in Kalundborg, Gentofte, Værløse and Måløv. These sites and department are delivering crucial product for patients around the world, and driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases.
