The Position As Associate Manager, you will be responsible for one of seven teams in Pre Assembly Production. We are in charge of keeping the assembly lines running 24 hours 7 days a week. The goal is to achieve the highest level of efficiency while complying with all applicable manufacturing procedures. You will create a culture ready to ensure ongoing optimizations by being a highly visible manager who provides sparring and coaching to your employees. A high amount of focus will be placed on Lean methodologies such as systematic problem solving and standardisation, so you will need to be able to coach in these areas. You will work closely with another leader, sharing employees and technical competencies, systems, etc., therefore it is important that you thrive with cross-organisational collaboration and sparring. As part of the very experienced management group in Pre-Assembly Production, you will be responsible for aligning common goals and strategies, and then implementing them in your area. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: Have at least 2 years of management experience preferably within advanced production.
Hold a degree within Engineering, Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
Experience from the pharmaceutical industry together with GxP and production knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of machine vision, automation, maintenance and mechanical feeding systems is an advantage.
Are fluent in Danish and English.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and in an uncomplicated manner. You know how to listen, show respect, and evaluate problems in a concrete manner that creates solutions. You show engagement and authenticity while working in a production atmosphere with bold targets, a high work pace and many daily decisions. About the Department You will join Pre-assembly Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 200 colleagues and work in 10 teams. We produce the mechanical Motor Module in Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled devices. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in “Injectable Finished Products” and “Biotech and Rare Diseases”.
