Then this position might be the one for you. The Position As an Associate Manager, you will lead a team of operators. Your main tasks are: Lead, coach, and motivate the team to contribute actively and constructively to the challenges.
Set directions and prioritize, be present and visible as a leader.
Ensure that the team meets planned deadlines and that you always have the most efficient workflows via continuous development and optimization.
We use cLEAN as an important tool to achieve our ambitious goals, and via daily board meetings, you follow up on your team's performance and make the necessary priorities. You will be part of a well-functioning and strong professional team, which is characterized by constant development, cross-functional cooperation, and continuous development. Within the short future we are going to expand with a new warehouse, and it is within your role and responsibility to help us make this a success. You will do this by ensuring the right flow in material handling and implementation of new technologies across our whole area. You will be an integral part of projecting the new warehouse in collaboration with your employees and peers. As a part of our leadership DNA, we constantly seeking optimization and therefore a part of the position will be to ensure, that our processes run optimally and in interaction with our customers. With the many customers across Novo Nordisk, it is crucial to see the bigger picture and how we can serve the business with good standards and high-quality mindset. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: Have an academic technical education combined with a few years of management experience.
Thrive on taking responsibility, setting direction and developing people to perform at their best.
Have experience with LEAN and GMP is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Are fluent both in Danish and English.
As a manager, you must be able to challenge, inspire and develop – both your employees and the team as a whole. You have a strong business perspective and with a strategic ability to balance quality, delivery and cost. You are comfortable being challenged by more senior stakeholders in decisions on quality issues and your high level of personal integrity and robustness enables you to integrate different views in the decision-making process. You are well organized and create strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives. About the Department You will join Pre-assembly Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 200 colleagues and work in 10 teams. We produce the mechanical Motor Module in Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled devices. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in “Injectable Finished Products” and “Biotech and Rare Diseases”.
