Do you want to play a key role in introducing new production equipment enabling Novo Nordisk to deliver one of our most modern medical pen systems to our patients around the world? We need a talented validation process engineer that can ensure that new moulds and production equipment are brought into production at our site in Hillerød as effectively as possible.
About the department
FlexTouch® Moulding is both a high-volume production unit as well as pilot plant for new processes maturing them for production at global sites. The department covers both local production in Hillerød and support to global sites.
The position
As the new Validation Process Engineer you will join Novo Nordisk in Hillerød by driving and supporting the process of validating moulding tools. Together with specialized technicians, operators, project managers, equipment owners and engineers you will make sure that the equipment is validated timely without compromising on quality, patient safety and cost. To succeed in this role, stakeholder management is key as you will interact with many stakeholders ensuring that expectations to quality and timelines are met. Hence you must be good at planning and coordinating validation activities. As our Validation Engineer you will be part of a strong team responsible for proactively driving and coordinating the validation activities and documents. You will together with your validation colleagues share best practice and together improve our drafting, executing, and reporting of validation activities i.e., IQ, OQ, PQ.
Qualifications
You probably have an engineering degree or similar. Proficiency in English and Danish, written and oral. Experience with equipment validation process by execution and reviewing Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) will be an advantage. This also applies to knowledge about GMP and GDP. We value a proactive personality where you easily build trustful relations across the organization and have a positive attitude towards overcoming obstacles. Preferably you have experience from the pharmaceutical/medical device industry or other regulated industry. As a person, you are self-driven, with a high degree of responsibility. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can manage several projects simultaneously. You have a strong drive and the ability to set direction and engage your project team. Lastly, you are result-oriented, curious by nature and dare to challenge status quo.
