Over the next 2-3 years we are expanding our building and implementing a new assembly line including warehouse. The goal is to take our production capacity to the next level. The position As Work Package Owner during the expansion of our mature pre-assembly unit in Hillerød you will be shaping the red line for all stakeholders in your work package. That path will lead to landing a new line in a new building, ready for validation. Your focus will be on project and stakeholder management, but you will be supported by many competent and expert resources within our organisation. Joining a team of three Work Package Owners, collectively, you will be responsible for the full programme. The packages are clearly defined so you will know the interfaces and your responsibility. Some of your main focus include:
  • Providing clear goals and purpose for the work package to the project team members so that the project secures effective use of time and resources
  • Defining scope, requirements and interfaces between teams and tasks
  • Creating and developing the project plan with effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes
  • Ensuring budget adherence and making sure that all documentation and certifications are completed
  • Reporting project performance to stakeholders.

    Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:
  • A master’s degree in project management, engineering or any other relevant field
  • Strong project management experience obtained within an operational or manufacturing environment
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
    • It would be considered as an advantage if you are familiar with GMP. As a person, you are a strong team player who thrive in working within a diverse team. You possess strong stakeholder management and communications skills that allow you to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation. You are structured and able to meet deadlines. About the department Preassembly is a mature production site known for our ability to keep shaping and improving our production capabilities.
