The position In Robotics & OT our aim is to explore and develop scalable manufacturing technologies and ensure they are applied to the new production lines in Novo Nordisk. We are looking for a Validation Specialist to set the direction for current and future validation activities across our department. Key responsibilities include: Guide and set the direction for validation of computerized equipment and machine learning models Lead the standardizing of requirements across expansion programs for new production lines Secure the right level of validation for new IT/OT systems Leading the process of developing and optimizing our approach to validation, requirements setting, and testing, ensuring we test and validate the right things at the right level Guide our teams on validation aspects when delivering documentation, test plans and requirements
About the department Robotics & Operational Technology is a growing department, within Device Manufacturing Development, consisting of highly skilled people in the domain of robotics and operational technology. We are an innovative department who strive to meet the complex needs of Novo Nordisk production facilities and stay at the forefront of manufacturing technology.

Qualifications We are looking for an experienced Validation Specialist that can set the direction for IT/OT validation in the department. As we are working in a complex technical environment, experience within IT/OT, automation and manufacturing technologies is an advantage but not a prerequisite. We look forward to meeting candidates who ideally have: A M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical science, Chemistry, Engineering, IT or similar Extensive experience from working with validation in the pharmaceutical industry and/or manufacturing. Experience from IT/OT, robotics or related field is an advantage but not a requirement Fluent in English both oral and written Working at Novo Nordisk At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change.
