Area you an experienced LEAN (cLEAN) Partner with hands-on experience in coaching leaders and strengthening an organization? Are you passionate about continuously improving ways of working? Then you are one of the cLEAN Partners we are looking for! Join us for a life-changing career! We have 3 cLEAN Partner positions open across Production and Support areas (all located in site Hillerød). The position As cLEAN partner in Novo Nordisk Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in Hillerød, your primary role will be to support one of our departments. This means you will:
  • Be an ambassador for the cLEAN agenda and support the continuous strengthening of the cLEAN culture at all levels in the department
  • Be a trusted advisor to the department manager on cLEAN
  • Provide coaching and sparring to leaders and employees on cLEAN
  • Support implementation of cLEAN initiatives, including Leader Standard Work (LSW), Visual Management, SPS/CI, and KATA
  • Take part in the department’s Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment
  • Provide training in our cLEAN fundamentals
  • This will require you to possess good understanding of the department’s core processes, stakeholders, challenges, and priorities. You will spend a large proportion of your time on the shopfloor together with leaders, developing the quality culture, cLEAN behaviour, and collaboration across departments. When you’re not embedded in your assigned department, your responsibility is to be an active member of the cLEAN team. Here, you will:
  • Support the ambition toward standardization across departments by sharing or adopting the best cLEAN practices from around the site
  • Participate actively in your own and your cLEAN colleague’s development by sparring on challenges and sharing the voice of the customer in the team
  • Qualifications You hold an academic degree within a relevant subject matter (engineering, psychology, chemistry, production, or business) ideally supplemented by relevant LEAN experience from a comparable position or certification (Six Sigma, LEAN, Change Management e.g.) As a candidate you have:
  • Solid foundation and experience with LEAN systems and tools on the shop floor
  • Proven track record of coaching leaders on the shop floor and promoting LEAN leadership behaviors and culture
  • Aptitude in analyzing data and trends to support strong decision-making
  • Experience working in a production site, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • On a personal level you have a strong customer focus and always focus on creating value for the business. You are curious and puzzled by processes that seem too complicated, and you enjoy identifying and improving them. You have solid experience with interacting with and coaching senior stakeholders. You have excellent communication, facilitation, and feedback skills. Finally, you see opportunities rather than limitations and always seek sustainable solutions. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required as we have an international team, and many of the leaders are international as well. Proficiency in Danish is not a requirement, but a strong advantage. About the department In IFP Hillerød, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes and other serious chronic diseases worldwide. As we are a worldwide supplier, focus can shift quickly and then we need to make the necessary changes to meet the demand for current and new products around the world. The cLEAN® team is a part of the Operational Excellence department in Business Support in IFP Hillerød. We support IFP Hillerød’s strategic aspirations to improve data-driven decision making and increase production stability and efficiency.
