In the Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI) department, we've successfully established an effective, secure, and compliant cloud infrastructure. We're looking for someone who can help us take it to the next level by developing, testing, operating and managing Azure cloud solutions worldwide by means of automation.
As a Cloud Developer, you will become part of our Azure platform team, which includes members from Denmark, the US, and India. The team is responsible for architecting, developing, improving, and operating the Novo Nordisk Azure cloud platform and cloud-native Azure services. As a team member, you will get input from and spare with a lot of highly technically skilled people in the department covering cloud solution architects, cloud automation engineers, cloud infrastructure architects and operational specialists.
The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark.
Some exciting things you will get to work on include: Automation of key processes by means of coding in the areas of policy enforcement, deployment of infrastructure as code, subscription handling, identity and access management, tool development, support and daily operations and connectivity with maintainability and compliance in mind Support troubleshooting Automation of key processes into delivery pipelines that build our cloud infrastructure and ultimately make sure the services we provide to the business are secure and compliant Engage with different stakeholders in Novo Nordisk to broaden the understanding of cloud tooling and identify automation opportunities
Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in this role, we believe you can meet most off the following requirements: You have an IT-related education (computer science, engineering or software development), a BSc level or higher, and/or 3+ years of experience within software and Cloud development You have excellent software design, problem-solving and debugging skills You have experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). ARM and/or Bicep preferred You have a good understanding of the Azure platform, Azure functions and services You have experience in at least one programming and one scripting language, C#, .NET and PowerShell preferred You understand Cloud and application security You have experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub You are experienced in Agile and test-driven development (unit test, mocks, integration test), test automation
As a person we expect you to be proactive and care about the quality of your work. You are good at establishing strong relations despite working remotely. Relevant Azure certifications is an advantage but not a requirement. The colleagues waiting for you
The Azure team you will be joining is part of the global department Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI), within Global IT Operations. The department consists of 25 highly skilled cloud architects, engineers, and automation professionals, who possess strong technical platform skills and solid business understanding.

You should be willing to study for and pass relevant Azure certifications if not already acquired.
