Are you excited by driving cross functional and strategically important projects? If you have solid project management skills within projects involving SW/HW/IT and experience with System Integration involving external vendors, then this could be the right opportunity for you. The Position In this role you will lead cross-functional projects related to Connected Delivery Solutions, supporting our ambition of delivering best-in-class solutions to our patients. You must possess in-depth knowledge of all relevant aspects of project management and system integration and have a substantial, successful proven track record. A high degree of independence is required as you will represent and make decisions that will impact across our global organization. Main responsibilities include:
  • Drive system integration projects involving connected delivery solutions.
  • Proactively plan and execute stakeholder engagement.
  • Bring clarity by ensuring goals, success criteria and business benefits/impact are clearly understood across stakeholders.
  • Navigating within a large organization and leading a project team aligned with Novo Nordisk Way.
  • Qualification To be successful in this role, we believe that you should:
  • Have a Master’s degree in engineering/computer science / IT or in a relevant field.
  • Have several years of work experience as a Project Manager or System Integrator involving SW/HW/IT.
  • Good understanding of system integration and systems engineering principles
  • Have some experience with working with external supplier / vendors.
  • Fluent in English language
  • Pasion for Digital Health

Additionally, be proactive and have a high degree of independence, drive, and direction setting. About the department You will join the Connected Solutions & Integration team which is part of the broader Devices & Delivery Solutions (DDS) area. Within DDS, we're a diverse team of experts working on Novo Nordisk's connected device portfolio. Our professionals, including project managers, solution architects, and subject matter specialists collaborate across Novo Nordisk to drive innovation and excellence in connected delivery solutions.
