The position
As a Local Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting all team leaders in Business Support unit regarding training-related issues. A part of your responsibilities will also be ensuring that the department always meets applicable regulatory requirements. You will play a central role in ensuring the most effective training and competency development of colleagues.
Your main tasks will also include: Proactively drive and anchor training-related improvement projects, including conveying and implementing the applicable training strategy
Develop plans for local onboarding and training of new employees, as well as training materials in collaboration with colleagues in the department, the central training team on the site, or other stakeholders
Review registration/deregistration for training, review changes in education, etc.
Continuously ensure an overview of employees' training status
Participate in training in connection with e.g. vacations or illness
You will be part of a network that consists of the departments and the central training team in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Hillerød. Where you and the other Local Training Coordinators will share knowledge about best practices and receive guidance and support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your unit.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: BSc Degree in education, HR, administration, or equivalent relevant experience
At least 3 years of experience with training and administrative tasks
Experience in pharmaceutical industry or other GxP regulated production environment, as well as good project management skills
A good understanding of how training and competency development contribute to solving business problems
Professional proficiency in both Danish and English
Moreover, experience in working with standards and quality assurance will be considered an advantage. Additionally, you should have good experience working in different IT systems and handling large amounts of data.
On a personal level, you have great interpersonal skills that allow you to build relationships, ensure trust and engagement among colleagues and stakeholders. You have a keen eye for details and can handle tasks in timely manner.
