About the Department
We are a dedicated group of 5 employees responsible for Aseptic Production Planning and Analytics in the Business Support part of Injectable Finished Production in Hillerød. We are part of a rapidly developing factory and are currently working towards becoming Novo Nordisk’s primary product launch site. The teams focus is to ensure a stable and scalable supply chain for our aseptic production and we are known for being flexible, helpful, and supportive of each other.
The Position
As a Capacity Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Gather data and knowledge from stakeholders and systems that impact our capacities.
• Analyze data and calculate mid- to long-term capabilities based on different scenarios.
• Present and engage in professional dialogues with directors about the results.
• Share the results with IFP Business Support, Sales & Operations Planning, Corporate Vice President, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor performance to verify calculations and react timely to any deviations.
• Act as a partner to our business and ensure transparency between planned and actual performance.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• Strong experience in supply chain management, specifically in capacity planning.
• Proficient in data analysis and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage in professional dialogues with several stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team.
