Our business is growing and so are we. Therefore, we expand our management team with a new Associate Manager position, to head up an exciting position for one of our warehouse team at site Hillerød. The position is organised within Sourcing Operations as a part of CSD (Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing and Device). The Position You will be responsible for ensuring timely analysis of ABB/Ramen to support ID test of raw materials. at the same time, your team will support the sampling activities such as prepare kits for sampling, handle goods for sampling in lanes and pack and sent samples to other departments in Novo Nordisk. The position requires a close stakeholder management element, where continuously alignment with peers across Novo Nordisk supply chain is key to success. Furthermore, it is important to ensure a close interaction internally, especially the sampling team. As a part of our leadership DNA, we constantly seeking optimization and therefore a part of the position will be to ensure, that our processes run optimally and in interaction with our customers. With the many customers across Novo Nordisk, it is crucial to see the bigger picture and how we can serve the business with good standards and high-quality mindset. Your main responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring daily operations of a two-shift workforce

  • Motivate your employees and ensure that they constantly are seeking to do things smarter

  • Keep a high-level quality mindset

  • Leading and coaching your employees to do their best

  • Set direction linked to Sourcing Operation strategy

    • In the position you will be a part of a strong management team that consist of six other leaders and a specialist. The culture in the management team is inclusive, collaborative, fun and with great professionalism. In the daily operations, you will work closely together with the managers present in the samplings and the two other operator’s teams. Qualifications To succeed in the position, you have:
  • A set of good people skills. So, it’s in your nature that people like to follow you and you set a clear direction

  • Well balance and are able to lead yourself through the day and life in general

  • Experience with GMP and Novo Nordisk insights can be an advantage

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Good communication skills in Danish and English

    • As a leader, you have a strong business perspective and with a strategic ability to balance quality, delivery and cost. You are comfortable being challenged by more senior stakeholders in decisions on quality issues and your high level of personal integrity and robustness enables you to integrate different views in the decision-making process. You are challenging your colleagues to ensure the best result and have no issues in leading a side. You are well organised and create strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives. About the Department The department consists of +100 employees that daily ensures the execution of reception, sampling, order handling and global dispatching of raw materials. The department is in Hillerød, with many close colleagues in Kalundborg. We have two warehouse team in Hillerød, and we need to add another, which will consist of approximately 12 operators.
