The position As Senior GMP & Operations Engineer, your primary role involves overseeing the entire workflow lifecycle and enhancing the delivery of manufacturing processes Your key tasks encompass:
  • Engaging in the core process management landscape through process groups meetings and activities
  • Participating in audit and inspection activities and handling compliance signals
  • Ensuring that newly developed production processes adhere to regulatory requirements while monitoring compliance and operational performance within the assembly process area
  • Contributing in the development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure GMP compliance
  • Staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes in GMP
  • Qualifications To excel in this role, we imagine you:
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline
  • Showcase a robust background in GMP and operations within a manufacturing or field site environment
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • It would be considered as a strong advantage if you have a pharma background, preferably Novo Nordisk experience. As a person, you possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with a flair for seamlessly collaborating in a cross-functional team. Your innate ability to navigate complexities and find innovative solutions sets you apart. Adept at fostering effective communication and cultivating a positive team dynamic, you bring a blend of creativity and adaptability to the table, as well as a strong dedication to continuous learning and openness to diverse perspectives. About the department You will be joining our dedicated international team in DMD, where we are at the forefront of implementing new production capacity for autoinjectors and prefilled devices around the world. We work closely with Device R&D, Production, and our equipment suppliers to standardise our approach and support Novo Nordisk’s growing market and expansion projects. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our patients.
