Join our Business Process Management area in Novo Nordisk and help us driving the digitalisation of complex production processes globally! The position
We are seeking a new colleague with a good technical understanding and a curiosity towards new technology, who can translate business needs into tailored digital solutions.
You will be responsible for the design and development of products on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) in close collaboration with our product Owners and other Product Team members.
Responsibilities include: Engineer products that implement business logic through collecting data from various sources and systems using modern design patterns and architectural principles Build products that follow the highest quality standards e.g. GxP standards, documentation, testing and fit-for-purpose Be Responsible for ongoing operational maintenance of the existing products according to the DevOps mindset Ensure product quality and adaptability by writing and implementing unit and integration tests Improve operational efficiency through DevOps automation Suggest and define future features to support the Product Owners You will be part of one or more DevOps teams, delivering digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues across the Product Supply value chain. Qualifications

We expect that you: Are a skilled all-round software engineer, who is open to lead and assist on a wide variety of tasks depending on the product’s need. This also involves working with non-SAP technologies or on non-technical assignments Have experience in building and delivering products supporting production processes interfacing multiple underlying systems and data sources Have knowledge of SAP BTP, Fiori/SAPUI5, SAP CPI, SAP CAP/RAP and the use of Azure DevOPS or is eager to learn it Come with hands-on experience working with production related systems such as SAP ERP, Laboratory, Quality Control or Regulatory Affairs systems Are a self-driven person that likes to take responsibility, wants to continuously learn, shares knowledge and challenges the status quo. Have experience working in an agile setup As a person you are an ambitious and innovative team player who has a result-oriented way of working. You approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity and a positive attitude. You have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. You will join Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), which is the organisation unit that supports digital transformation and innovation in all parts of the Novo Nordisk value chain -from idea to patient. Our area is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply, which supports PS, the largest organisational unit with over 20.000 employees globally, and which is responsible for the manufacturing and supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products.
Business Process Management (BPM) is our area, which focuses on designing and implementing IT solutions that have the potential to improve, optimize and automate current business processes by means of digitalisation. We are a high-performing, diverse and international team driven by a vision to digitalise complex business process with cutting edge technology. Typically, the solutions that we build gather data from multiple source IT systems in the Novo Nordisk landscape, we ensure data is displayed in the most appropriate way in line with the inputs provided by line of business representatives (Product Owners), and as a result we enable Novo Nordisk users in Product Supply to make quick and sound decisions.
