If so, you can be the new Associate Manager we are looking for in Device Metrology & Quality Support department! The Position You will head up a QC team who are dedicated and passionate within device component quality.
You will be part of a team of leaders in the Device Metrology & Quality Support department who are always supportive and engaged in helping their peers, together creating a high level of psychological safety and overall view of the business. Your key responsibilities will be to: Manage, delegate and prioritise tasks in the QC Team Ensure development of and engaged employees with high performance. Ensure fulfilment of agreed goals in terms of budgets, project plans and QC tasks required for GMP and ISO production Qualifications To succeed in this role, we envision you have: Min.2 years of people leadership experience. Experience within or understanding of QC (advantage). Fluency in English and intermediate level of Danish. An ideal candidate should possess the personal skills of living the NN Way and cLEAN®, as well as having strong communication skills on multiple levels. They should be able to drive the implementation of changes and effectively coach and engage people in a changing environment. Additionally, analytical skills are crucial, and the candidate should be able to make balanced decisions. About the Department
We are 12 dedicated employees who soon will say welcome to 4 new colleagues to handle an increased amount of QC control tasks: sample inspections from our CMO’s (contract manufacturing organizations), component tests, reviews of Certificates, delimitations and release of production batches to mention some of them.
