The position
As a Utility Engineer, you will become part of our equipment support team consisting of 15 colleagues who areresponsible for supporting the production facilities in 25K in Hillerød. Your primary tasks will include:
  • Providing technical support to the production equipment and utilities.
  • Support the daily operation.
  • Maintaining stable processes.
  • Addressing technical challenges in production, deviations and change requests.
  • Validating processes and maintaining the validation documentation.
  • Implement projects and optimizations in production to achieve error free processes.
  • Improving and optimizing our standards
  • Identifying areas for development and improvement in our production workflows.
    • This role operates within a dynamic yet socially relaxed and informal environment, prioritizing humor, dedication, and unity in a bustling everyday work life. Your primary responsibility will be to support the equipment of the daily operation in producing active pharmaceutical ingredients. Qualifications
    You will be a great asset to our team if you have:
  • An academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering in manufacturing, Marine Engineering or a related field.
  • Several years of relevant work experience in production, working with processes, deviations, problem solutions, validations / qualifications or related areas.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Platform

About the department In Biopharmaceuticals and Rare Disease API Denmark, we manufacture quality products for people living with chronical diseases like haemophilia, growth disorders and other chronical diseases. In the Facilities department in Hillerød, we are about 60 dedicated colleagues divided in 6 teams responsible for production equipment and utilities, environment plus maintenance and calibration, and facility support. The primary task for the department is to ensure that our two production facilities, the manufacturing equipment, utilities and environment are in a validated state and ready to handle the needs of the production.
