If yes, then you are the person we are looking for as the new Communication Partner to two of our expansion sites in Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) in Denmark.
The Position
You will be the Communication Partner to our Fill & Finish expansion sites in Hillerød and Ballerup/Måløv. You must understand the business priorities and be able to translate strategy into relevant and impactful communications.
You think and act as a trusted and proactive sparring partner by providing competent input to leaders and project managers to ensure the best communication solutions. At the same time, you find energy in preparing key messages, planning and producing creative content, such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, news stories as well as virtual and live events. Finally, you are highly skilled at communicating complex topics in a simple way - transforming business strategy and changes into compelling communication. We expect you to grasp communication challenges along your way and be proactive in your efforts to improve things whenever you see an opportunity. The position offers a high level of influence and room for own initiatives and ideas.
Qualifications
To be our new Communication Partner, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Bachelor or Master’s degree in communication, journalism, or business management. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience within communication. Strategic thinker with a strong business understanding. Experience in navigating a complex stakeholder environment, preferably from a multinational organization. Proficient in creating visually appealing presentations, videos, and news. Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, video production, and social media. Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must for this position. As a person, you have an independent, responsible, and result-oriented way of working. You approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You are constructive and full of initiative, thriving in a challenging and busy environment with ambitious people. You have excellent collaboration skills but can also work independently to achieve strong business results.
About the Area
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx). The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), which globally employ approximately 28,500 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees.
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major Fill & Finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.
We do it by rethinking our Fill & Finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world. About the Department
As the Communication Partner to our expansion sites in Hillerød and Ballerup/Måløv, you will be a key player in driving the internal communication for the two expansion sites. You will work closely with the site expansion Heads and the Management teams to understand their business priorities and translate strategy into relevant and impactful communication actions. You will be based in Hillerød and Ballerup/Måløv in Denmark, where the two expansion sites are located – and you will report to the Director of FFEx Executive Office.
