The Position DMS is looking to expand a team to facilitate smooth execution of new production expansion projects - both large and small scale. As Project Coordinator, your role is essential in helping us to develop the advanced high-volume automated lines producing components for our newest injection devices. You will be supporting skilled Project Managers in the team, to ensure new moulds and production equipment are brought diligently into our production at our global manufacturing suppliers without compromising on quality, time, and cost. Your key activities include: Planning and coordinating project activities and focusing on the details of a single project and simultaneously keeping the overview of a portfolio of projects Driving and coordinating test activities, ensuring adherence to GMP and management of related documentation Collaborating across multiple functional areas within the organisation, fostering effective communication and teamwork Coordinating with various colleagues and stakeholders to ensure project success Upholding high standards in quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle To succeed in this role, stakeholder management is key as you will interact with many internal and external stakeholders ensuring that expectations to quality, timely delivery, and budget are met. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we believe you: Hold a technical or scientific academic degree from a relevant field Demonstrate proven project coordination experience, preferably with knowledge of GMP Possess a good technical understanding, coupled with effective problem-solving and decision-making Showcase strong communication and stakeholder management skills, creating and facilitating workshop as well as keeping stakeholders motivated, engaged, and informed Display fluency in both written and spoken English As a person, you are self-driven, proactive, and thrive in a setting with a high degree of responsibility. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can adeptly manage several projects simultaneously. You have a strong drive and the ability to set direction and engage your project team. Lastly, you are result-oriented, curious by nature, and dare to challenge status quo. About the Department You will become a member of the DMS team located in Hillerød, Denmark. Being a part of DMS means working with a vital part of ’s global delivery to our patients. We source equipment for production of components in Novo Nordisk’s portfolio of prefilled devices, including FlexPen®, FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. By joining our team, you align with a group of highly skilled engineers dedicated to supporting our global production network (Denmark/US/China/Europe). We handle improvements, upgrades, and the expansion of production capacity with a global production perspective. Currently, our team consists of approximately 70 colleagues distributed across 5 teams, and we are in the process of expanding further.
