Are you ready for a key role in securing a high level of maintenance in our production site? Then this key role is just for you at our Novo Nordisk production site in Hjørring called Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing. The position We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with a good understanding of production maintenance and its processes. Your main tasks will be: To maintain and develop our maintenance process in close collaboration with your co-workers and other stakeholders across the site To maintain our SAP within maintenance PM and MM To develop and maintain maintenance plans To provide maintenance relevant input in risk-based assessments, for example, when buying new equipment. In collaboration with your colleagues, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our maintenance process for the production site. Other than that, you will maintain our SAP PM and MM system. In this position, it is important to reach out to your stakeholders to maintain good stakeholder management and to constantly monitor the process to find process optimisation opportunities. You will have a workday with tasks that call for your ability to be self-driven, and at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: Have a background as an engineer or another academic technical background within production or maintenance Have experience within maintenance plans Have knowledge within proactive maintenance and asset management strategies Have experience on a high level within SAP PM and MM or similar systems Enjoy performing with and through your stakeholders. In your daily work, you will work together with different stakeholders such as operators, specialists, supporters, technicians and managers. This calls for your ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English. You should have a flair for IT and data analysis, and quickly get acquainted with our different systems. About the department You will be a part of the “Maintenance, Metrology and Tool shop” team and have 15 colleagues. We are responsible for the process support within maintenance, metrology & calibration, and lastly providing our production with machined spare parts from our Tool shop. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing, which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles, including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organized in seven departments and with approximately 450 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
