Do you want to be a part of the team that provides customers with high-value services to accelerate fuel cell development and integration programs? Now you have the chance, as we are looking for two self-motivated and quality-conscious System Engineers to join our Technology Solutions Team where you report directly to our Solutions and Applications Manager.
You will have your primary base at our European headquarters in Hobro (Denmark), where you will be a part of the System Engineering team consisting of 10 members, who all experience a dynamic and varied working day filled with diverse assignments.
As a System Engineer you are our main driver in customer project sales and support, and you will be focusing on power electronics and the integration of fuel cell systems in various applications. You will communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders with the goal of solving difficult technical challenges in our customers’ existing PEM fuel cell programs.

In return, we are looking for a candidate with some or all the following competences.
We are open towards your educational background, but we expect you to be an educated and trained engineer within energy, mechanical, electrical, marine or similar. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, where part of it could be from a position such as external consultant where you are used to communicate with customers.
We envisioned you have experience with designing and manufacturing of specialized test setups, project management, performing electrical and mechanical design as well as performing Design of Experiences. If you have an interest or experience with fuell cell, marine or stationary it is considered a huge advantage, but we will also educate you within this field.
Our corporate language is English, and we expect that you speak and write English at a professional level. It is not a requirement that you speak Danish, however, it is necessary for you to be located near our European Headquarters or being willing to relocate.
On the personal side we are looking for a candidate with some or all the following personal qualifications
You would characterise yourself as a problem-solver with a never-can-do attitude and a motivation for solving complex problems. It comes natural to you to pay attention to detail, and you are quality-conscious in everything you do. Your colleagues would perceive you as a team player, who seamlessly communicative with everyone and contribute with a positive and forthcoming mindset bearing in mind being respectful of other people and their opinions.
You are flexible, open-minded and you should expect around 10-20 travel days per year.
