Then you might be our new cLEAN partner in Business Support in one of our modern production facilities in Kalundborg.
The Position: As cLEAN® partner in PPIII you will be part of the PPIII management group, referring directly to the department director. You’ll be responsible for the departments basic LEAN systems (e.g., visual management systems), as well as driving minor improvement projects, workshops and meetings. Furthermore, you will assist the director in developing the department’s strategic goals and coach leaders and employees in lean tools and mind-set. In this position you will:
Provide coaching/sparring for managers and team members to develop and sustain a LEAN mindset.
Enable the department to do systematic problem solving (SPS) through facilitation of SPS meetings and coaching of employees in the SPS methods.
Provide expertise to department in a variety of other areas (as appropriate): data analysis, MS Office products, project management, change management, etc.
Assist in formal training in PS cLEAN® Academy STAR® program
Your Qualifications: We are looking for a highly motivated cLEAN Partner, who sees this position as an opportunity to have a strong business impact and be on a steep learning curve. You should have experience with leadership coaching and/or from working in production or production-like environment. You can identify yourself with the following:
You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree, with a business, leadership or technical focus
Alternatively, you possess a combination of relevant work experience and other education that can serve as alternative to an academic background
You are experienced in or around management principles
Solid analytical skills and practical experience in analysing complex business issues will be an advantage
Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing concepts (e.g. Visual management, systematic problem solving) is a plus, but not a requirement
As a person, you are:
A go-getter who sees yourself as a fast learner with a solution and service-oriented mindset
Driven by continuously improving the processes you find yourself in
Used to work across organisational levels and professional groups
Able to inspire but also challenge your stakeholders
Able to work independently, structured and demonstrates attention to detail
Able to take initiative and drive a process to the expected result
As we have international colleagues and stakeholders, fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish is required.
