Your key responsibilities are: Setting and communicate tangible goals, engage with your team, and enjoy successes through collaboration. Developing and implement simple, effective systems and processes that work with the people using the systems. U nderstan ding how to ensure technical development and support to improve productivi ty and quality level to ensure we serve even more patients timely The technical team consists currently of 13 skilled employees with technical or academic degree who daily supports the packaging lines with operational support, projects and implement s new technology . We expect the team to grow in size in the future due to increase volume and activity level
Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have : Around 2 years of experience within production, probably within pharma or similar. An academic degree and proven results in technical optimization and/or valid ation A strategic, innovative, and analytical mindset, and Preferably proven experience with complex problem solving and LEAN. You are fluent in both English and Danish. About the department In IFP Kalundborg , Finished Production we are responsible for the production of diabetes products for our patients , and we do this with daily pride and with focus on cross-collaboration and a flat hierarchy . You will be part of a management group of 10 colleagues , who succeed s together in a high paced environment .
