The Position As our new Associate Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of +50 Production Operator Trainees through a structured and well-arranged trainee program across practical training in the production and during the educational program at school. You will have the responsibility for creating introduction & training programs and ensuring that the trainees will build the right competencies throughout the trainee program in Novo Nordisk. You will be the daily leader and sparring partner with the trainees throughout their training program. You will have a close collaboration with the student advisors and Associate Managers in the factories, where the trainees have their daily operations and practical training, and with the school during the education program. Your tasks will be to: Leading, managing and sparring with the trainees on a daily basic.
Build strong training programs and close follow up on training progress with the trainees to ensure the right competence levels after end program.
Close collaborate and dialogue with the Associate Managers and student advisors in the factories and the school.
Implement well-defined roles & responsibilities across the organization.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: 2 years of leadership experience.
Experience in production environment or with training.
Pharma experience will be a plus.
An analytical and structured approach, focus on details.
Are fluent in Danish and English.
You have a strong communication and collaboration skills with different stakeholders and a genuine interest for understanding human factors. On a personal level, you are able, to look at the broader picture and coach and provide guidance to those you lead. You are a systematic and clear communicator and thrive working autonomously whilst still in close collaboration with your peers. In busy periods, you are able, to keep the overview and set direction through aligned priorities. You believe in the potential of Lean leadership, are curious and driven to achieve results. You have the ability to give feedback, coach and develop employees is also a focus point for the position. About the Department The Business Support department has 90 highly engaged employees divided in 6 different teams. The department is supporting the productions within supply chain, finance, warehousing, training, document handling, IT management, project management and development of Production Operator Trainees.
