What’s in it for you? You will lead one of our programs together with a Deployment Lead. The overall product which you will be implementing is PAS-X, our chosen Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in Novo Nordisk. Our overall aim is to improve the efficiency of all manufacturing-related processes globally. More specifically, our next Program Manager will among many areas and tasks be responsible for the following:
60-70% of your time: Manage day-to-day operations within the program, including budget management, people allocations, solve impediments and act as deputy to the Deployment Lead who has the overall strategic delivery responsibility for the area. Defining project and program approach including organisation, scope, activities, and resource allocation Being the point of contact between your agile organization, deployment teams, and local production sites acting as a trusted advisor and project leader capable of driving execution Lead one or two SCRUM teams, when time allows. Also providing guidance on how to implement PAS-X at a production site Coordinating and monitoring program roadmaps, and reacting to obstacles and potential delays before they occur Support Scrum Masters in establishing their team, e.g., onboarding, cost management, and identifying and solving impediments enabling more efficient delivery within the team What are we looking for? As a person you are friendly, ambitious, result driven, proactive and have an open and flexible attitude. You are known to get the job done and are open to adapt to changes around you. It is evident that you have a proven track record of delivering results and business value in your previous jobs. To be successful in this role, we require the following: Master’s or degree in Business, engineering, supply chain management or other relevant field Strong project and program management skills (including skills within stakeholder management, presentation, governance and communication) Interest in managing different tasks and activities that changes from day-to-day. Pharma industry knowledge is a clear advantage Experience with production/supply chain processes and/or GxP is also an advantage Knowledge of MES a clear advantage, but not a requirement About the department The department, MES-Programme is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply and is focused on implementing PAS-X used across Novo Nordisk. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised. The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark. We work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level. The team itself is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from project managers, product owners, SCRUM masters, architects to hands-on MES analysts. Overall, you will join a rapidly evolving and growing organisation with over 800 employees working across the globe to revolutionise IT across our production and supply chain domain in Novo Nordisk.
