The position As the Head of Supply Chain in our project organisation you will hold the overall project and leadership responsibility to design solutions that support both the project execution as well as the later operations across processes and facilities. You will report to the overall responsible Project Vice President and be part of the project management leadership team. You will be responsible for the following functional areas in the next project phase: Supply Chain: including logistics and warehousing both to support project execution and aiming at efficient, cost-effective operations Infrastructure: A portfolio of projects needed to establish the right prerequisites and enablers for the investment project to succeed and for later operations to run effectively Robotics: Support our small but highly competent team of Robotic engineers helping them to integrate their solutions into robust operational workflows Environment, Health & Safety: You will act as people manager for our highly competent EHS team supporting and developing them to grow with their respective responsibilities during project execution and in later operations Your role might develop in terms of scope and responsibilities as the project itself expands and grows. Qualifications We imagine that a successful candidate should: Have +10 years of experience within supply chain operations, including logistics and warehousing, as well as some project management experience from cross-organisational, international project assignments Have been part of projects and have had the lead in designing new logistics/warehousing solutions/concepts, Have min. a bachelor-level education within supply chain engineering, or similar, and certain knowledge about technology trends within automated process solutions and/or robotics Be proficient in English (verbal and written) It would be a plus if you are familiar with Danish EHS regulations On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, can ride a storm off and are a strong motivator of others. You are driven by a strong motivation to succeed and a desire to set a very clear direction.
