Do you want to play a key role in ensuring efficient and correct packaging of life changing medicine for patients with rare diseases? In the Packaging Support team, we are looking for one more team player to join us in doing just that. About the Department Department 114 (BRD FP KA Packaging) in Kalundborg is responsible for ensuring the manufacture of glucagon and haemophilia products on our packaging lines, ready for shipment to our patients around the world. The Packaging Support team consists of 11 colleagues - Pharmacists, Biotechnologist and Engineers. We support the packaging production, by securing minimal equipment downtime maintaining necessary level of compliance. It is also our responsibility to continuously improve our packaging lines, so we perform better tomorrow than yesterday all the while we maintain a high compliance level. We have a strong team spirit and help each other and at the same time work across the organisation to create best possible results. Our workday unfolds in an environment where the pace is high, and our contribution to the delivery of products is felt daily. The Position You will support the production and ensure a stable production with quality consciousness. This includes presence in the production, systematic problem solving, deviation handling and a responsibility to ensure ongoing update of instructions and procedures so they fulfil current GMP requirements and follow manufacturing procedures. You will often be the one who gets everything up and running again – with the dedicated help of all the experienced operators, technicians, and other supporters, as it will be your responsibility that issues in the production are resolved fast, efficiently and on the right quality level. About you To thrive in this position, you need to have good interpersonal skills as you will work well with many stakeholders. You are energised by a dynamic environment with an ongoing influx of tasks, and you instinctively adapt to the changing needs of the business. You can work both independently and, in a team, you make fast decisions without compromising quality or innovation. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: You have a higher education (BSc/MSc level) probably within engineering, pharmacy, or natural sciences. Preferably - but not required - a couple years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry. The right approach for working in a GMP regulated area. A proficient level of English and Danish, or willing to learn Danish soon.
