About the department
At this point in time, the PPV Automation & IT department, is in the project phase to bring state of the art automation & IT for our new facility for purification of innovative pharmaceutical proteins to treat serious chronic diseases – and we intend to have fun while doing it. The facility is being built in our site in Kalundborg and will be built it as one team with our engineering partner and suppliers. We are already more than 20 people in the team, but much more considering the all the project structure working in this area.
The position
As our new IT Supporter, you will, in close collaboration with your stakeholders, ensure that all our systems are tested and implemented to maintain and operate our facility, once it is ready for production.
You will be working with troubleshooting, operation and maintenance of both HW, SW and AD OU/GPO definitions. You will see a vast selection of interfaces to the automation enabler system (ABB 800XA) and will get to know how to handle these together with your automation colleagues. You will help secure the future infrastructure management systems and safety, as automation will play an important role in the new facility. Compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as associated documentation, will form a significant part of your everyday work. You will be involved in processes that make our plant work regarding equipment, processes and software, primarily from the back end, but also on shop floor in close contact with daily operations. Our presence in the production is often necessary, not only when something deviates, but also when optimization and maintenance is needed.

Qualifications
We are looking for you, if you can say yes to some of the below: You have a background in IT, engineering or similar Preferably, you have experience with OS technology, primarily Windows servers and Windows infrastructure AD. Bus technologies other than pure TCP, e.g. Fieldbus, ASIbus, profinet and profibus. Hardware flair (IT-OT), peripherals, tablets, scanners, printers, scales etc. You have experience or strong knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving Experience with scripting, batch or PowerShell will be an advantage Experience with ServiceDesk or similar tool to document your work will be an advantage On a personal level, you are cooperative, with a customer-centric mind set, and thrive to have fun with your colleagues at work
