About the department You will be part of a dynamic business area which produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world. Biotech & Rare disease (BRD) API DK FVII also more informal called ED2 consists of two departments (Production and Support), but we consider us as one unit, one house. Our main task is to produce Factor VII API to serve patient with Haemophilia and post-surgical bleedings. The Job You will be support for the Utility & Cleaning Support team. The key responsibilities for the team are: Securing water quality Trend reports Cleaning processes (CIP) Sterility processes (SIP/autoclave) Utility washer Timely handling of tasks to support release Systematic problem solving Changes and improvements . Your key responsibilities will be to: Ensure the right composition of skills to address current and future needs Secure quality and compliance of product and process and assist in further development of LEAN production Set objectives and targets to realize timely release of product Stakeholder management (you will have a variety of stakeholders in multiple departments) Qualifications M.Sc. within Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering or similar Solid understanding or experience from working in a production environment with production processes and equipment Working proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English It would be considered an advantage if you have knowledge of some of the following: Sterility processes and water quality Optimisation strategies, Validation/qualification , audits/inspections or another discipline within the pharmaceutical industry Knowledge about the Novo Nordisk business processes Experience with GMP or LEAN Fluent in Danish and English – both written and oral As a person, you are proactive, committed, and passionate about delivering high quality to your customers on the agreed time. With a curious and innovative mindset, you identify opportunities for improvement and can independently make decisions and stand by them. You are a self-starter with excellent planning and organization skills, which enable you to continuously set direction, keep an overview of the state of progress and prioritize accordingly. You are positive and flexible towards changes and with the mindset that there is no task that is too big or too small.
