IT & Automation Associate Manager – DD&IT PS IFP Kalundborg – Daily Operations & Projects and Optimizations Would you describe yourself as a modern leader, with people focus? Can you see yourself in an IT & Automation department?

About the position Daily operations: Ensure continuous production, minimizing production stops related to IT and Automation. Developing and anchoring See systems, that ensures a proactive shop floor environment,putting local IT/OT support on the forefront. Develop and identify future competencies, in parallel with bigger projects being executed and handed over to production (Single Dose Device, Automated Warehouse Flow and OFP production lines). Removing obstacles enabling our colleagues to succeed. Create space and security for inputs and perspectives, for all colleagues in DD&IT PS IFP KA. Projects and optimizations: Enabling project execution through close collaboration with line of business. Ensure balance in project allocation making project execution possible, but more importantly ensuring balance for our colleagues. Developing and anchoring systems that ensures quality handover, from projects to production. Removing obstacles enabling our colleagues to succeed. Create space and security for inputs and perspectives, for all colleagues in DD&IT PS IFP KA An important aspect to this role, is establishing a good relation to stakeholders at both local and global sites Qualifications To qualify for this position, it is important that you are a good communicator across functions, levels, and cultures. You can listen as well as understand the IT and business complexities, and be able to translate these into opportunities. You are proactive, curious, and want to take the lead in ensuring the best solutions. Manager abilities and ambition is key, as you will hold a managing role in an IT/OT department, with expansion in pipeline.
It is required of you to have: Ability to operate and achieve results in a local/global IT/OT operation Business understanding and ability to create results across business functions Relevant education (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems) Excellent communication skills in English, written and orally. It is an advantage if you possess one or more of the following skills: Experience from a similar role, either in a managing or supporting role A natural flair for IT and data driven strategies A desire to breach barriers and build from the ground up As a person you are: Highly structured, organized, and analytical. Solution oriented, self-driven, responsible, and able to think outside the box. A team player, happy to share experience, workload, and information with your colleagues. An excellent communicator, proactive and able to lead and inspire your team. About the department DD&IT PS IFP KA is part of a Novo Nordisk Global IT/OT organisation area, where we utilize synergies across the IFP landscape. The department consist of 27 dedicated colleagues, divided into 2 teams handling operations and projects. Our department collaborates as one unit, with daily board meetings, within IT/MES support, automation, infrastructure, system management, digitalization, subject matter expertise and how we engage our partners. As the associate manager, you will be handling one of the abovementioned areas and team and referring, to the local DD&IT PS IFP Site manager (department manager). That means you will have the responsibility for the area, and more importantly, ensure continues well-being and development of our colleagues. Our department has a close link, to all DD&IT PS IFP production sites in the IFP network. US – Clayton, Brazil – Monte Claros, France – Chartres, DK – Bagsværd, DK – Hillerød, China - Tianjin. Our ambition is to collaborate closely together across sites, accelerating our PSQIT digital ambition. You will as our new appointed associate manager, be a big contributor to this process.
