How you might spend your days
As LEAD, you’ll be working with a highly skilled team of specialized Architects/Constructing Architects where you’ll be:
- LEADing and executing projects according to best practice in nne
- Evaluating tender proposals and negotiating with contractors
- Technical and financial responsible for own discipline
- Ensuring interfaces to and coordinating with other disciplines
- Ensuring changes to scope of work are brought to the attention of project management
- Ensuring quality/review and compliance with local industry standards, codes and regulations
- Part of the project management team with responsibility for overall outcome of own discipline
- Coordinating Architects/Constructing Architects in own discipline – Design and Site supervision
- Facilitating customer satisfaction
- Communicating with customer’s staff. Communicating with suppliers and contractors at management level

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or Constructing Architecture
- You have minimum 3 years of experience
- You have extensive knowledge within Danish industry standards, codes and regulations
- You speak and write Danish or English
