The Position As a Quality Associate Manager, you will hold the leadership responsibility for a team of highly experienced Quality Assurance professionals and specialists. The main tasks will be to: Contribute to strategic decisions in the projects, as you will be a part of relevant project Steering groups representing QA Have an overview of resources and processes and to adjust according to the needs Collaborate and influence in all organizational processes and decisions. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of the department, and you will be part of a dynamic management group. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Have a M.Sc. in pharmacy, engineering, or equivalent background Possess experience from the pharmaceutical industry e.g., quality assurance or production Are experienced in project management or execution Have experience in building relations with stakeholders cross functionally and globally Are proficient in English. To be qualified for a manager position in Product Supply (PS) Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Investment Projects I QA, you have demonstrated excellent leadership skills through experience from managerial positions. We are looking for people with excellent people management skills and the ability to oversee large and complex activities. On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, are a strong motivator of others and can stay balanced, when the waves get high. You thrive in a multicultural environment working across organizational borders and levels. Building structures comes naturally to you and you enjoy simplifying wherever simplicity can benefit reaching the goals fast and in a sound and solid manner. You are resilient and capable of high complexity, many stakeholders and an environment of execution and decision making. About the department PS API investment Projects Quality Assurance are working to ensure involvement in the production facility investment projects, in order to ensure compliance, timely approval and the foundation for flawless operation of our new facilities. The department collaborate with API production areas, internal and external stakeholders both in DK and international. We highly value an open communication and strong collaboration among our team.
