As Investment Invoice Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring all invoices in our large portfolio are handled according to contracts, financial rules and guidelines. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop a structure for the procurement process. You will be part of a team consisting of Projects Controllers supporting Project Managers. Other than that, you will have general support to Project Managers with various project tasks. Qualifications
You have experience within Finance, Accounting or Business administration. Additionally, to succeed in the role, you have: Ability to communicate to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Good coordination and collaboration skills Systematic approach and like to simplify and improve Ability to communicate verbal and written in English with stakeholders across the world Curiousity, passion for learning and sharing knowledge Furthermore, on a personal level, you present a “can-do” attitude, which enables you to establish strong professional relations internally and externally. You are a team player with an international mindset and enjoy being part of a global work environment. You can work independently as well as in a team environment. Most importantly, you are service minded and like to have “house in order” by ensuring accuracy. Finally, you contribute to a good working atmosphere. It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have experience with systems like SAP, COUPA, DALUX and ICE. About the department
You will join the growing Project Controls in API Investment Project Office (IPO). We support the largest construction projects across the API organisation. IPO consists of four separate teams, and we have the responsibility for cost, schedule, and risk. Our culture is open, engaged, curious and inclusive.
