Read more below and apply! The position As we are rapidly expanding at site Kalundborg, we need an experienced profile for our infrastructure process. As Infrastructure Partner, you will be responsible for driving, developing, and maintaining the infrastructure overview of the Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) activities on site Kalundborg. In the role, you will have the opportunity to ensure an overview of: Supply and demand on utility capacities (Steam, District Heat, Water Resources, District Cooling, Electricity, etc.) Space and area management of all PS API areas and activities Site traffic situation and analysis Capacity analysis and projection of building occupancy, office seating, canteen- and meeting rooms capacity You will be the primary point of contact for managing infrastructure allotments and improvements for all our expansion projects and existing production operations. This will entail working closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including the public sector. You will actively participate and lead in coordination and decision forums to develop a consensus with the key stakeholders. This role requires a good communicator and pragmatist to develop strategic solutions for the future of the site. As this is a newly established position, you will get impact on the role and the responsibility of the position. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: Several years of experience with similar tasks from larger companies or consultancies Master’s or bachelor’s degree within Civil Engineering, Urban planning, Project management, or similar field Technical knowledge within utility systems and construction, urban planning incl. land use, zoning, and transportation Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable practices as well as excellent planning and structural skills Knowledge of Danish legislation for infrastructure purposes Fluency in English and Danish – spoken and written Relevant project management experience with numerous projects and related coordination tasks is also beneficial. On a personal level, we imagine you supplement your dynamic personality with a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You can work independently as well as in a team environment. In addition, you are detail-oriented and excellent at managing projects and handling different people's needs, even when things change quickly. About the department The position is placed in Business Support at our API site in Kalundborg which is part of our global production division; Product Supply – counting close to +30.000 employees worldwide. The API Business Support consists of about 160 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds, all with the common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within API. At site Kalundborg we produce diabetes and obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide.
