Would you like to join a dynamic global company and work on an exciting new capacity expansion project? Do you want to play a central role in designing the most effective and efficient training-setup, as well as supporting our project with relevant onboarding training, competence and training content development? Then you have the opportunity to join us as one of our new Training Supporters. Novo Nordisk has announced plans to invest more than DKK42 billion to expand existing manufacturing facilities in Kalundborg, to support the current and future company portfolio within serious chronic diseases. We are hiring Training Supporters to join the investment project.
The position
As Training Supporter, you will drive and develop learning activities to ensure the most effective onboarding process and compliant training to trainees and employees. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Design and develop training solutions as well as driving trainee knowledge sharing. Proactively drive and anchor training related to the project. Ensure inspection readiness of own area of responsibility and participate in inspections. Coordinate administrative tasks within training e.g., assignment/de-assignment of training, review of changes within training. Bring modern work tools into training e.g., how app’s, animation and video can help improve the future training set up. Qualifications
To succeed in the position, we imagine that you have: Minimum 2 years’ experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation. Minimum 2 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP). Knowledge about learning technologies and content development. Solid IT skills and are a digital savvy. Great communication skills and are able to communicate in Danish and English, both written and verbally, on a professional level.
Furthermore, you are able to deal with a large amount of content and divide it into smaller parts to create learning journeys. You possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from all stakeholders. You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution. Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively, secures that value is added where it matters and within deadlines.
