Are you interested in the opportunity to establish new API manufacturing facilities that bridge new and automated technologies with strong know-how and expertise in biotech manufacturing? Novo Nordisk has announced to invest more than DKK42 billion to expand existing manufacturing facilities in Kalundborg to support the current and future company portfolio within serious chronic diseases. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Responsible (ER) and Operation Responsible (OR) to join the M3 Recovery process team. The position As Engineering Responsible (ER) and Operation Responsible (OR) you will participate in all project activities from design, procurement and validation to operational start-up and be responsible for specific process systems. The systems will be part of a large-scale biotechnological downstream facility. You will take an active part in a competent owner organisation and collaborating with colleges from various disciplines and organisations. You will be supervising the activities of the design partners and contractors. After the project is finished, the role will continue into an operational role, in which you will take a significant position in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing organisation. The key design principle will be to implement the best-in-class design standards from other facilities. Qualifications We are looking for experienced professionals in the field of downstream processing. To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have: · Knowledge about biotechnology or chemical process technology within large-scale production facilities. · Minimum a bachelor’s level education in chemistry, pharmaceutical, mechanical process engineering or similar. · Knowledge and experience of working in an API manufacturing plant or similar operational organisation and/or experience within investment projects in a Life Sciences environment. · Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practise (cGMP) or the motivation to learn. · Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. · Strong communication skills both in spoken and written English.
